Lits is an ex-restaurateur who, after selling his restaurant, landed in Languedoc, France.
From there he made the natural progression into the world of wine, studying & travelling extensively & becoming knowledgeable and passionate about wines of the world. He passed the WSET Diploma in 2014 & is an enthusiastic wine educator. He also organises wine tours & guides groups to wine regions across the globe.
